How to make it

1.      Making Cream Soup

a)      Dissolve Knorr Cream of Chicken Soup with water and cook until slightly boiling, after boiling reduce heat slightly, add the Knorr Chicken Powder, stir, cook for about 5 minutes.

b)      Turn off heat, add cooking cream, stir, remove from heat.

2.      Making Zuppa Cream Soup

a)      Pour the soup into the bowl, then cover with puff pastry, spread the puff pastry with egg yolk.

b)      Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes.

How to make it

1.      Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to a pasta bowl.

2.      While the pasta is cooking, combine olive oil and garlic in a cold skillet. Cook over medium heat to slowly toast garlic, about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low when olive oil begins to bubble. Cook and stir until garlic is golden brown, about another 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

3.      Stir red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper into pasta. Pour in hot olive oil and garlic, and sprinkle on Italian parsley and half of the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese; toss until combined.

4.      Serve pasta topped with the remaining Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

3.      Take a pan filled it with water and place your bamboo steamer on the top and basket with a leaf of Chinese cabbage o baking paper with holes so you can put on top your dim sums.

3.      Add the rice. Combine it with the veggie and egg mixture. Pour the soy sauce on top and stir until it is heated throughout. Garnish with green onions.

How to make it

Method 1:

  1. 1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Saute ginger, garlic, and green onion until fragrant. Toss in the diced red chili peppers and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in the cornstarch and continue cooking until the sauce is thickened.
  2. 2. Transfer to a blender or food processor, add the miso p e and blend until smooth. Serve over rice with chopped green onion on top as desired.

Method 2:

1.      Step 1: Preparing the tofu, put all items in a small bowl whisk together the cornstarch, sugar, salt, and pepper. Place the tofu in a strainer and sprinkle the cornstarch mixture all over it. Set it aside on the counter for about 10 minutes or until dry. In a large skillet, heat up 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat and cook the tofu on each side until browned nicely. Set aside.

2.      Step 2: Making the sauce Combine the soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl. Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat and then reduce it to a simmer. Add in the green onions and cook until they are tender about 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup water and bring it back up to a simmer again. Now add in the tofu pieces, and combine well. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the sauce is thickened and the tofu is heated through. Stir in the peppers and turn off the heat. Let it stand for about 6-8 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

How to make it

1.      Make the dough: in a large bowl, mix flour and salt, add milk and butter, mix until dough is formed. Knead until smooth. Cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

2.      Make the filling: peel the potato and boil until fork tender.

3.      Place boiled potato in a large bowl and mash until smooth. Add salt, parsley, garlic and mayonnaise. Mix until combined and smooth.

4.      Take the dough out of the fridge and roll into a 22cm (9-inch) circle.

5.      Spread potato filling in the center of the rolled dough and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

6.      Fold the edges of the dough over the filling as sown in the video. Pinch the dough to seal it.

7.      Using a rolling pin, roll the dough gently.

8.      Melt one tablespoon of butter in a large pan, place the bread in the pan and cook until golden, flip and cook until golden on the second side.

9.      Remove from heat and serve.
